Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still maintaining a structured schedule during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As part of a progressive telehealth initiative, you'll leverage technology to provide high-quality care and support through virtual therapy sessions, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, using validated assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining tailored goals and therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and self-management.

• Monitor and track client progress through regular check-ins and evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and integrated treatment.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development efforts and team meetings to stay informed of best practices and advances in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness of mental health issues and working to de-stigmatize mood disorders within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
