Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while also providing ample opportunities to connect with colleagues and clients. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients exhibiting symptoms of mood disorders, evaluating the extent, frequency, and impact of their symptoms on daily functioning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, choosing appropriate treatment paths, and cultivating self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness and ensure client engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while also contributing to team-based case consultations and professional development workshops.

• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders and advocating for mental health resources in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Single Pathway Psychiatry, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety-related disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique therapeutic needs. You will play a critical role in empowering them to navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrable expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience heavily focused on treating mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
