This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties in a comfortable environment that supports work-life balance. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing psychological tests and interviews to evaluate patients' conditions and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families across various settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at educating patients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and building a supportive community.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing conflict resolution techniques and de-escalation strategies during emergencies.

• Advise patients on treatment options, self-care strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve primarily include adults and teenagers experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. They arrive at our clinic seeking guidance and support to manage conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety-related issues, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral concerns stemming from substance use. The diverse backgrounds of our clients enrich your therapeutic experience and require a culturally sensitive approach tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington state.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment strategies within a therapeutic context.

• Previous experience providing therapy to diverse populations and delivering group therapy sessions.

• Solid ethics and professional judgment in maintaining client confidentiality and boundary management.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and the ability to adapt to technological tools for effective patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Previous training in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
