This remote position offers the unique opportunity to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while providing critical mental health support. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will join a dynamic team of mental health professionals dedicated to client outcomes and continuous professional development. Our telehealth facility uses state-of-the-art technology to deliver seamless interactions between therapists and clients, providing a secure and confidential platform for consultations. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to our core business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, preferences, and clinical needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, effective treatment strategies, and self-care practices.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance skills and contribute to a collegial work environment.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients coping with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with a diverse population, ensuring culturally sensitive treatment that addresses unique challenges faced by each individual. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience and fostering hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong desire to work with mood disorders, with prior training in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients across various demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on mood disorder treatment.

• Proficiency in CBT and DBT, alongside a solid understanding of psychopharmacology.

• A proven track record of positive outcomes in managing and treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
