Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying their unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to address identified issues, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Manage clinical documentation effectively by completing billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established timelines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans when necessary, in addition to relapse prevention strategies and wellness plans aimed at promoting sustainable recovery.

• Create structured discharge plans to guide patients safely back into their communities with ongoing support frameworks in place.
\n
• Stay informed on current federal and state regulations, and adhere to NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all therapeutic practices.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain licensure and therapeutic competency.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and interdisciplinary agency meetings to foster collaborative care strategies.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dysfunction. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to meet licensing standards.
