Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to suit individual needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to enhance clients’ coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and building resilience, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Provide individual therapeutic sessions, integrating mindfulness practices into treatment plans to address specific mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly review and adapt therapeutic methodologies to align with best practices and emerging research in mindfulness and mental health.

• Participate in ongoing professional development; engage in personal mindfulness practice to enhance skills and deepen understanding of MBSR.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
