Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through virtual consultations, documenting clients’ progress from initial intakes to ongoing therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Passage of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear documentation and client interactions.

• A thorough understanding of the best practices advocated by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, along with a sign-on bonus.
