Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses, diagnosing any relevant conditions and developing personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support is provided.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans and progress notes that reflect ongoing assessments and interventions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care focused on the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide education to clients and families about mental health, treatment options, and available resources, advocating for client needs throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
