Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions employing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help patients overcome barriers to recovery.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community and support among participants, enabling them to share experiences and gain insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals suffering from substance use disorders, providing them with the therapeutic support needed for effective recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have prior experience specifically in substance use disorder treatment, including specialized training in therapeutic modalities effective for this client population. Experience working with families and offering psychoeducation is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, plus performance bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
