Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies that utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring treatment plans to meet diverse needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and enhanced treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Embers Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
