Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, utilizing remote support strategies to ensure their safety and encourage immediate coping mechanisms.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, emphasizing the importance of coping skills and community resources that can aid in their recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessment results, treatment strategies, and progress notes, in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or other relevant licensure is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
