This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to support clients in their mental health journeys from the comfort of home while enjoying a salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a hire-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and drafting treatment plans based on individual needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, including risk assessments and medication treatment plans, as well as positive behavioral support strategies.

• Timely documentation and reporting in alignment with organizational standards, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement behavioral guidelines and support plans that align with patient goals.
\n
• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards within the organization.

• Serving as a liaison with relevant community partners, state agencies, and service systems to facilitate resources for clients.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders to promote agency mission and uphold high standards of care.

• Participating in personal and professional growth through continued education such as attending conferences and statewide meetings.

• Performing any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet team and organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients seeking mental health support, including individuals coping with emotional challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from traumatic brain injuries. Your expertise will guide clients towards achieving their fullest potential through personalized care, ensuring they feel respected and empowered throughout their therapy journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• An independent LMHC license recognized in Washington State.
\n
• A strong foundation in crisis intervention and treatment planning, with the keen ability to assess client needs effectively.
