Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support through both pre-crisis and crisis planning.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to create evidence-based positive behavior support strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
\n
• Actively engage in professional development through ongoing supervision, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems and community partners, enhancing access to resources and support for clients.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs effectively and explore avenues for funding.

• Uphold the agency's mission and values during all interactions and in the implementation of services.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
