Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations, tailoring sessions to foster individual growth.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, ensuring alignment with each client's unique circumstances and desired outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, offering immediate support and suitable referrals as necessary.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards related to confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
