Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, fostering a supportive environment for clients.

Your primary focus will be on children, teens, and young adults, helping them acquire essential coping strategies, develop healthy behaviors, and achieve significant life milestones. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active LMHC licensure in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or young adults.

• Possession of a current National Provider Identifier (NPI).

• A willingness to start with at least 5 hours of clinical service per week.
\n
• Proficiency in using teletherapy technology and virtual communication tools for effective therapy delivery.

• A successful completion of a criminal background check.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with digital communication platforms for teletherapy.

• Existing credentialing with Medicare, enhancing the ability to serve a wider range of clients.

• Prior involvement in collaborative healthcare environments is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
