Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed treatment plans, including crisis interventions and positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and agency policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to accurately identify client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of treatment plans, working alongside multidisciplinary teams within the organization.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, affirming compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to facilitate client access to essential resources.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote the mission of our clinic.

• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to identify opportunities for partnership and funding to sustain program initiatives.

• Pursue continued professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings in the field of mental health.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients facing these issues will be critical in their recovery journey. You will be tasked with customizing interventions to meet unique client needs, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current Independent LMHC License with the ability to practice in California (we will cover the fees for those needing to obtain state licensure).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is preferred but not required.

• Proven track record of utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
