Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, creating customized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Work closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring and documenting their progress to ensure they stay on track.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all client information is safeguarded.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and developments in mental health counseling, participating in training and peer consultations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vibrant Soul Recovery Facility offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
