Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to identify patients’ mental and emotional needs and formulate tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

• Engage in regular sessions with trauma injury patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to help them understand and navigate their challenges.
\n
• Develop coping strategies and therapeutic interventions to assist clients in managing symptoms related to trauma.
\n
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and align with their evolving goals.

• Facilitate educational workshops for patients and staff on trauma coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
\n
• Collaborate with social and medical agencies, as well as community outreach programs, to coordinate additional services that patients may require.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health practices through continuing education courses to maintain National Certified Counselor credentials and enhance professional expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
