Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing and nurturing trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, plan future appointments, and initiate discharge processes when appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring these are client-centered and routinely monitored for effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes to track client progress and inform treatment adaptations.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, determining appropriate treatment pathways for new clients.
