Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate client progress.

• Participate in workshops and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

You will be serving a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
