Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are prioritized.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of records and reporting.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as a part of a comprehensive approach to client assessment and treatment.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring all practices meet required standards.
\n
• Serve as a proactive liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance the continuum of care.
\n
• Foster open communication with colleagues and external partners to align services with community needs, promoting the agency’s mission.

• Participate in educational and professional development activities, such as conferences and committees, to stay updated in the field and represent the agency’s vision.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
