You will have access to essential tools and technologies, including RMS systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms like Outlook and Pimsy, to manage your caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by establishing and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess progress, address challenges, and discharge clients when appropriate, ensuring continuation of care.

• Developing and implementing personalized, person-centered treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions, promoting self-exploration and skill-building for clients.

• Participating in regular supervision meetings for professional development and reflective practice.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
