Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide support and counseling to clients from the comfort of your own workspace. You will engage with clients through various telehealth platforms while adhering to best practices in confidentiality and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective responses to their needs.

• Provide timely counseling and support services to individuals in distress, including tailored treatment options that address their immediate concerns.

• Collaborate with law enforcement officers and emergency response teams as needed to maintain client safety during crises.

• Deliver ongoing follow-up care, including continuous assessment and recommendations for additional resources and support systems.

• Utilize various crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques when managing challenging client situations to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily working with individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $70,000 and $95,000 annually, based on your skills and contributions.
