Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans for clients, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment approaches.

• Maintain high standards of documentation, ensuring timely completion in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to inform treatment strategies and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate care coordination.

• Establish and nurture open lines of communication with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community outreach efforts.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote agency initiatives and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and training sessions, contributing to your expertise and the agency's growth.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles within all interactions and fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is a fundamental requirement.

• A current and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is necessary for this role.
