This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect effectively with clients from the comfort of their homes. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to our standard work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly individuals to identify specific challenges and care needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that focus on emotional resilience, coping strategies for life transitions, and managing mental health concerns related to aging.

• Collaborate closely with internal healthcare teams, including physicians and case managers, to develop and implement integrated care plans that prioritize the mental well-being of our clients.

• Educate and support families and caregivers regarding the emotional needs of seniors, offering strategies to enhance their quality of life and reduce caregiver stress.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for clients and their families, providing compassionate support through end-of-life issues and bereavement.

Qualifications\n
