Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing counselors to provide services via telehealth platforms. Our interdisciplinary team engages frequently in virtual meetings and case consultations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that is responsive to client needs. Counselors will benefit from our supportive work culture, designed to promote professional growth, creativity, and job satisfaction. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and guide treatment decisions.

• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address specific client goals and therapeutic outcomes.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client circumstances.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care to clients, including coordinating care with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and compliance.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including regular clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors engage with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and addiction. The role provides an excellent platform to utilize your clinical expertise to support clients through their emotional challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and promote resilience. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
