Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring proper development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, adhering to relevant regulatory standards, which is essential for maintaining the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team to ensure effective measurement and monitoring of client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans designed to address specific behavioral challenges and promote client success.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization's standards of excellence.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to enhance resource access and client support.

• Engage in consistent communication with team members and community stakeholders to ensure that contract standards are met and that the mission of Refusionate Psychotherapy is promoted within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for programs and identify potential alliances and funding opportunities that align with organizational goals.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings, task forces, and committees that will further enhance your expertise.

• Integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into all facets of your work to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health care.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational needs.
