Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and consultation as required, including pre-crisis planning and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to systemically evaluate client progress and inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in and contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Act as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other service systems, maintaining effective communication channels.

• Participate actively in community outreach and education to promote awareness of mental health initiatives and resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities including attending workshops and conferences to refine skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at our clinic, you will serve a diverse population of clients including individuals battling substance abuse issues, those experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your work will focus on creating safe therapeutic spaces to facilitate healing and recovery, empowering clients to engage actively in their treatment journey and achieve life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.
