Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team for accurate monitoring and evaluation.

• Continuously document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to implement and monitor positive behavior support plans, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high-quality service delivery and organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote access to care and resources.

• Build and sustain effective communication channels with local and state organizations to enhance service delivery and identify potential partnerships or funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, participating in statewide meetings, and advocating for mental health at community events.

• Other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory.
