Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments for clients, developing individualized treatment and crisis intervention plans that align with best practices in the mental health field. \n
- Ensure timely completion of all documentation while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies. \n
- Employ evidence-based assessment tools as per the directives of the clinical team to accurately identify client needs. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute effective positive behavioral support strategies for clients. \n
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations. \n
- Serve as a liaison for our clients, connecting them with relevant service systems, community partners, and state agencies as necessary. \n
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote our mission within the community. \n
- Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and investigate new alliance opportunities and funding sources. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and task forces related to mental health services, enhancing both personal and organizational expertise. \n
- Embody and communicate the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all professional interactions. \n
- Assist the Clinic Director with additional tasks as required to support overall clinic operations. \n
This role primarily focuses on adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Counselors will work closely with individuals in crisis as well as those seeking long-term therapeutic support, helping to empower them on their journey toward recovery and wellness.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license. \n

- Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory, as we offer training and support for virtual counseling practices. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Previous experience working in collaborative clinical environments. \n
