Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Develop and deliver tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and coordinate care effectively.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele who may face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. This may include individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and family or relationship issues. Your ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds will be critical in promoting healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
