Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate and ethical mental health counseling to clients via video chat, ensuring a comfortable and trusting atmosphere.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ individual needs and therapy goals.

• Teaching clients effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills to enhance their daily living.

• Maintaining up-to-date client records with minimal paperwork, using our easy-to-navigate digital counseling platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will largely be on stabilizing low-acuity adult clients who may be dealing with various life challenges, including stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. These individuals often require a supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions and to develop practical skills to manage their mental health effectively. Your role as a counselor is vital in guiding them through their journey of healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current independent license in one of the following fields: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• Ability to practice autonomously without supervision and without any disciplinary actions against your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate effective remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed counselors, preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in clinical settings, particularly in teletherapy or outpatient environments. Experience in working with diverse populations will be a plus and will enhance the therapeutic relationships you build.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on the number of hours worked and experience level. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
