Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices with individuals, groups, and families, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other personalized interventions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality care for clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other professionals, to deliver comprehensive care throughout your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our team.
