Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and contribute to the creation of pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete all documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Leverage evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of services provided.

• Establish and nurture relationships with community resources, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to expand service access and foster client engagement.

• Participate in professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and community meetings to stay current with developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, encompassing individuals with varying backgrounds dealing with emotional distress, substance use issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Valid Independent LMHC License issued by the state of Washington.
