Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools to inform the development of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client's unique needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and systematically track their progress throughout the treatment journey to facilitate growth and ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from the state of Washington.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
