Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking help for a range of mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in assisting individuals in developing the skills necessary for improving their quality of life, managing stress, and fostering resilience in the face of challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold an active, full license to practice independently without supervision, such as:
  \n   • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n   • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  \n   • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted. A clean disciplinary record is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, enabling effective rapport building with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and documentation with ease.

• Previous experience in telehealth services is highly desirable.
