Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport, and cultivating positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to review therapeutic progress, discuss stability, and facilitate discharge when applicable, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Designing, implementing, and continuously monitoring personalized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment progress notes and intake assessments, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Providing individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suitable for each client.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practices, while remaining open to feedback and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:
