Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the complexities of each client’s situation, including their history, challenges, and personal goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and aspirations of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions through methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with clients to help them identify, develop, and apply coping strategies that foster resilience and symptom management.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through regular supervision and case consultation meetings to expand clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State; provisional licenses are not accepted.

Compensation and Benefits\n
