Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, informing the development of effective and tailored treatment plans.

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will play a critical role in providing the guidance and support necessary for them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients during their therapeutic journey.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
