Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catered to individuals, groups, and families.

• Engage and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic and seamless care tailored to client goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, providing immediate support and resources to stabilize their conditions effectively.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and mental health awareness campaigns designed to educate the public and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
