Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse community of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of how conditions such as chronic pain, substance use disorders, and autoimmune disorders intersect with mental health, and the ability to provide tailored support addressing both types of needs.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) working with individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly with those who have co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
\n
• The capacity to maintain professional boundaries while upholding ethical standards and ensuring patient confidentiality.
