Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and understand clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities to effectively manage a range of mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic and coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients who are experiencing acute distress, applying your skills and empathy to navigate emergency situations.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctor’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing mental health services within a hospice or palliative care setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Experience in crisis intervention and managing acute emotional distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
