Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and address clients' mental health issues, employing tools such as standardized screening measures and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's needs and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n
