Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Continuously monitor client progress, employing therapeutic measurement tools to evaluate effectiveness and modify treatment strategies as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
