This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a vital community health clinic serving Gresham, Oregon. You will be expected to maintain a structured schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend hours required on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be entrusted with several important responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Partnering with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual needs.

• Providing guidance and education to clients and their support systems about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in accordance with their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
