Work Environment\n

This role is conducted in a virtual setting, providing flexibility and a comfortable environment to both our staff and clients. With a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, therapists will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring continuity of care with the occasional need for evening shifts to accommodate patient scheduling. The ability to connect meaningfully with patients via remote technology is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our services is on elderly individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a demonstrated background in geriatric mental health being advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
