Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients to identify specific needs and challenges, subsequently crafting personalized treatment plans that prioritize their health goals.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at improving understanding of mental health issues while fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and successful treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, developing immediate and effective strategies for clients facing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, integrating community resources into care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
