This position is set in a dynamic outpatient environment where therapists work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The flexibility of our remote work setting allows you to manage your schedule effectively, with our offices open Monday through Saturday. Our structured in-house credentialing, as well as scheduling management, aim to alleviate administrative burdens, enabling you to focus on providing top-notch therapy to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, which inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing appropriate clinical interventions based on assessed needs, employing a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitating ongoing communication with team members regarding patient evaluations, progress, and interdisciplinary treatment strategies during team meetings and through comprehensive documentation.

• Providing case management support, including developing connections with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining ethical standards of practice with timely and accurate completion of documentation per the department’s guidelines.

Our outpatient model enables us to cater to varying levels of mental health needs, from those seeking preventive support to individuals managing chronic mental health complexities. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandatory; advanced degrees are highly desirable.

• A commitment to provide therapy for 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and practice needs.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of relevant clinical experience. Familiarity with outpatient therapy and evidence-based practices—notably CBT—will be highly valued.
