This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring that our therapists are supported by a team-centric culture. Although primarily remote, collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists is facilitated through regular virtual meetings and case consultations to ensure integrated patient care. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth technology, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapy sessions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health histories, including specific traumatic experiences, to formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic approaches aimed at restoring trauma survivors' emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

• Lead group therapy sessions that enable clients to process their trauma experiences collaboratively, fostering a sense of community and shared healing.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring effective response and resources for clients in times of heightened distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient records through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations while safeguarding clients’ privacy.

• Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights into best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of trauma-informed care within our facility.

• Actively educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic focus will center on adults and adolescents suffering from trauma-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients to empower them in their healing journey, fostering resilience and adaptive coping skill development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and other relevant computer applications for documentation and communication.
