This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while you maintain a fulfilling professional life. Our therapy schedule generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some variability based on client needs. While working remotely, you will participate in virtual case consultations and team meetings to ensure continuity and cohesion among treatment plans and therapeutic strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using effective evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans for clients facing a range of mental health challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to engage and support clients effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure client privacy.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, participating actively in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously enhance care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, providing vital support for their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Diamond Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children to adults facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. The work involves addressing complex issues such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and familial conflicts while tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
